Sept.29

Yes, i just finished my 2nd week of treatment and all is well. I feel great! In fact, if i feel this good next friday, my brother and i will rent a car and drive to WL for the long weekend. That would be awesome! To be home with family and friends for thanksgiving, what a treat!
I had such a great day yesterday. This sweet couple came over and shared some exciting stories with me about how God is moving in their lives. Then, they prayed for me and shared more special scriptures with me. Then in the evening, i went to a Healing Walkin Clinic. What a special place. This is set up like a regular walkin clinic. You sign in and get called when it is your time for the "doctor" to see you. So, they take you down the hallway and into a small room. Then you find yourself with 3 other people. The one guy introduces himself and we start talking about what has been happening in my life. I tell them my story, they share scripture and personal experience, then they ask if they can pray for me. They pray for me and give me communion. Before i leave, they encourage me and invite me to come again if i'm in the area. What a cool time. Just think, people making themselves available to pray for others. What an idea, what an opportunity. Practical Christianity. I love it! So, i am so encouraged and thankful for all of our prayer support.
Speaking of support, friends who used to live in WL called the motel we are in and paid for the whole week. How cool is that?! See, we are blessed!
What can i say, oh i know. Today was great at the cancer clinic. I had such opportunity to share with people in the waiting room. I was so pumped! God is so awesome! Plus, Don Richmond stopped by to share and pray for me. He is not pastoring anymore but is fulltime with Hockey Ministries International. So, he is chaplin for the BCHL expansion team the WESTSIDE WARRIORS. Plus, he is heading up hockey chaplincy throughout the province. That's so neat!
Well, there is a little update.
Love you all,
Tim

Hi Tim,
Well I finally got on here, all the way from Cambodia, Asia!
It has been pretty amazing reading your previous postings of all of God's provisions over the past few weeks.

You and your family are not alone, but are surrounded by so many of us who love you and are praying for you.

May this be your best year yet!

Evelyn

You are sounding great. I feel so encouraged reading your blog. This whole bit about seeing new and very practical ideas to minister to others ie. this healing clinic... I can almost see the wheels turning in your mind. God is going to keep you on fire with these brilliant ideas. These too will be healing to your being. What a neat chapter you are entering in on... No more worrying
Tim.... SEE? God has this thing so figured out. Nancy

Once again we want you to know we are all praying for you and your family...We may not know the details of 'how'...We may not see the results right 'now'...but we know Whom we believe and we are persuaded....that He is able to do all things. His hand holds the sparrow and His hand holds you.
Love&prayers
Dave & Marlene & family
