Esther Surprise

I had quite a ride yesterday with my buddy Al taking charge. Thanks so much Al for taking the time to come here and give a helping hand in this way. Speaqking of rides, Al drives a wheelchair something like he drives his car.(but he's learning to corner a little slower now and slow down for sleed bumps, crarks, etc..)Actually, i think it's helping to me to not complain so much, because we do have a lot of laughs.
But, then again, laughing can be quite painful. Somehow, we got through the day and still had a good laugh!
Esther showed up yesterday afternoon for to visit for a few days. She brought, our boarder, Gean along to say Hi and then he went to stay and visit with other friends.
Esther and I are still trying to get clear direction as to the specific food program we are going to implement. We do know for sure that it is going to be largely raw foods. There are alot of great programs that are out there and a good number seem to agree on the raw foods part as being very significant.
Anyhow, I have to get ready for todays treatment so i 'll go now. Yesterday went quite smooth and i had a very good sleep.
