Friday Fueling

So, is it that time again? Blog time! Here we go.
I just had a friend drop by for a few minutes and just before she left, she said, "can i pray for you?" Of course, i said yes. That is one special thing people can do for other people. It really is special! I think we just do not pray enough for others. We especially don't ask people very much if we can pray for them. Oh well, we can't do it all right, all the time.(just most of the time)
So, what are you doing this weekend? I have no plans myself. Yesterday, i got a great
deal on a queen bed for the store. That was fun. My buddy Al, helped me by picking it up. What a great deal! We don't have a new store yet, but we are hoping to have a space set during this next week. Then we can move the remaining stuff from the store to the new location.
It was so nice to have Rachelle and Todd Hale come up from the college to assist with the fundraising banquet last weekend. Rachelle shared about her trip to Venezuala last summer to work with YFC and an orphanage there. Todd shared about our summer mission trips and then showed the new promo video for the mission trips.
It really was a great banquet! Cecile and Donna did such a good job putting it all together. Yes, i was spoiled rotten again and loving it!
Well, i think i will have a rest now before deciding to go to the office or not. All seems well, around me. I hope you are all doing just fine.
