Thursday dinner

So, ho`w are you today? I still have a challenge with the whole pain thing right now't stop. I know that many of you are praying for me and i appreciate that so much, but don't stop. My nurse told me that the patch takes longer to kick in than i was first told. So, i have to really pay attention to my body and what it is saying to me.
Our special buddy, Geno, says hi to everyone out there who is reading this today. He leaves with the hockey team tomorrow on a road trip to southern BC. Geno has been living with us now for over 11 years and loves it. So, basically he is my little brother. I have always wanted a little brother. So, God blessed me with Geno.
I was quite snoozy throughout the day. New medication works in different ways. I just need to figure it all out.

Hi Tim...Isaiah 41:10..The Lord will never leave you or forsake you..hang on to Him for dear life..right now He is carrying you so let Him do the walking..He loves you and knows all about pain..on the Cross He suffered for us all like no one else ever has..
Did I ever tell you about my "cup hook story"?
After one Christmas gathering, one of my punch bowl cup hooks went missing..I fretted and fussed over that little plastic hook till I finally gave it all to the Lord and forgot about it..2 days later, I was going to take the bag of garbage off the back porch and put it in the shed When I noticed a small hole at the bottom of the bag..from that small hole protruded a hard Christmas candy and stuck to that candy was my little plastic cup hook..I'll never forget that for the rest of my life..I've told that story many times. God let me know He was concerned enough about the little things in my life..There's nothing small in our lives or big that my Jesus doesn't know about and cares for me.. He loves me and I love Him..sometimes we forget but He understands that to..He's holding you in the hollow of His hand right now..He'll never let you go..lots of love and prayers Hale Mary
