The Real Slim Timmy

Yeah, so Tim was crazy enough to let me (one of his "dear friends" from Abbotsford) loose on his blog site. Thought y'all might enjoy a picture of the real Slim Timmy. Of course, I had to crop myself out of the picture :) You're supposed to guess when this was taken.
He's sitting in my living room right at this moment, safe and sound, and we're having a nice chat. Our Christmas decorations are lying around, half boxed up and he's threatening to sell them in his store. We're blessed to have this little visit.

It's much easier to see where the "Slim" comes from with this photo.
What this latest escapade of yours says to me Tim, is how important it is to move and act while have the time and energy, because life is precious.
So often we tend to put things off until a "sunny day" or "when we have more time".
It also says to me something about Faith and Trust.
Oh yeah and that dear man Al Phipps.
Have a great journey.
Blessings to you and all who you connect with.
Tim, you haven't changed a bit:-)
Let me guess...1979 or 1980?
Now I want to see a picture of Al, back in the day!
Blessings to you both and your hosts,

Your daughter
Your faith and spirit inspire me Tim! I love the way you communicate your love for Jesus and the honesty with which you live out your faith.
May you have surprise blessings on this trip.
God bless,
Maggie G.
About the photo.... That's gotta be the late 80's. What's with the girly sweater?
You really are so handsome daddy. I have a son now. His name is Josiah Timothy... yup named after you. I pray everyday that he will be like you. Love God and love people just like you. Know what? He already has your eyes! Not only the color, but one eye is slightly smaller than the other! :) He is beautiful. You would love him. He's 11 weeks now and coo's and smiles all the time. I can't believe I'm a mommy! It's January 28th today, so tomorrow is your birthday. Usually we get ice cream and pizza for your birthday but I think we'll skip the ice cream this time cause I'm working hard to get rid of this baby belly. I sure miss you. Wish I could celebrate your b-day with you. It's your 50th!!! Wow! Daddy... I love you and I miss you all the time. I still don't understand why things turned out this way. Our family sort of fell apart after you left. We really needed you. Maybe God wanted us to learn to rely on Him rather than you but sort of a harsh lesson don't you think? I don't know. I do know that you are with Jesus, you are pain free, and you are gloriously happy. That's good. Oh papa, I miss you so much.
