Twig tuesday

Hi to you all,
I have had a great day but somewhat stretchy. I woke up with a sore back, but it was ok after awhile. I think it was from the biking i was doing on my exercise bike. I got this great deal on a bike at a yard sale a few weeks back. I told Esther about it and she said, oh great, that is what you needed. Then i realized she was right; I was thinking about the store. It would be a good item for the store. But, i really do need it. I haven't been really moving the muscles for months now, so i have to get serious about it. So, please be praying for me as i try to get into some regular schedule for working out.
I guess it is the same for our relationship with the Lord. If we don't exercise our faith,(pray and read the Word)we get out of shape spiritually. (not good) We open ourselves up to all kinds of negative things by not keeping our protection around us.
So, let's keep exercising physically and spiritually to get and keep the positive flow happening and impacting those around us.
