tuesday today
Hi Y'all,
How are you all today? Are you being blessed each new day? I hope so. Our daughter, Rachelle, left today for Florida to visit for 9 days. She was invited to get away with Art and Nancy Saari's niece, Katrina. Katrina called her up and sent the cash.
Isn't that awesome? Rachelle was so excited! Rachelle just finished her exams yesterday at the Bible college. She now only has one semester left before she graduates on 4 year degree with a major in Intercultural Studies. Rachelle is so pumped about graduating. She even told me that she might be staying in Williams Lake for a time after graduating to assist with outreach to the children around here that we are connecting with through our ministry with Youth For Christ. Do you think that i am just a little excited? Ya, i sure am! So,it will be exciting to see how that all unfolds.
Rachelle has been on some amazing journeys already and she is only 22 years old. She assisted in an orphanage in Colima, Mexico for 6 months when she was 17. Plus, this past summer, she was in Caracas, Venezuala for 2 1/2 months again working in an orphanage. She knows Spanish fluently and just loves that language. Of course, Rachelle has been on 2 mission house building trips with us as well. What a girl!
How about the summer she worked at Hat Creek Ranch near Cache Creek? That girl has had such amazing adventures already. Yes, i am jealous but excited for her future as well. Where will she go next? After Williams Lake? Please be praying for her!
How about you? Are you living an adventure? I sure hope so. I love adventure and find so much fulfillment in living life to the fullest. What that means to me is making sure that my life is in the hands of the Lord, following whatever His will is for my life. That's what makes it all!
So, adventure. That's right. Adventure. Pray and follow.
Bye for now,
Tim
