Relaxing Tuesday

What a great day! I was in bed all day relaxing away. I probably shouldn't mention that I enjoyed 2 milk shakes that were hand delivered. I think my wife is going to figure it out because she is already quite confused as to why I am not very hungry for supper. I had great visits with some great people who dropped into the house today.(ok, they didn't really drop in) Plus, my pastors came over for a visit and we had communion together. That was special! Then there was Jen. She dropped off some crazy puns that really hurt.(It only hurts when I laugh) For example: Two cannibals were eating a clown. One says to the other,"Does this taste funny to you? Or how about this. Two antennas met on a roof, fell in love and got married. The ceremony wasn't much, but the reception was excellent. So goes my kinds of joking. Thanks Jen.
Prayer requests: the main thing right now is that my hip is quite soar and my jaw tends to tighten up.
Here is another great verse in a card i received. John 14:27 "Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your hearts be troubled, nor let it be afraid."I find the words of the Lord very comforting!

For the Record: The article in the Tribune was much appreciated but I do need to make one correction. Corwin Smid committed to overseeing our Christmas Youth event, but not to running the whole YFC program this fall season.(not that he couldn't do it, but thanks Corwin)

Back again. Didn't work (I am not surprised). So I won't be tempted to stick all 500 pictures to the blog.

I mailed the picture to you.
Keep relaxing

hey man
it's good to know that we belong to the family of God!? For it is written

"you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus, for all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus" (Galatians 3:26-28).

So be encouraged that God will always provide, for we are all one family put together to uplift each other through thick and thin. Simply put, God is always in control because He is the one constant factor that always stays the same. God is good!

peace brotha

Just wanted to know that we are praying for you. You are an awesome friend and I am bless to know you. I hope we can still do some tricks one of these days. (Card on the Ceiling) Your Friend Joe Goslin and Family.

Remember that nothing can happen to you untill you have accomplished what God has put you here to do. (That doesn't mean you take chances but God is in control)

Praying For you. (We also have some Church in Mexico praying for you as well)
