Monday Memories

Hey, how are you all out there? My wife and I received a sweet letter from our niece today. What an awesome encouraging letter! She shared some Bible verses that are very special.
John 14:1 we find Jesus saying these words "Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God;trust also in me." I really like the simplicity of that statement. That is what we are doing and that is what we will continue to do. Totally trust the Lord! The peace that comes from trusting in the Lord is so powerful. Another verse given to us is found at Hebrews 13:5 more words from the Lord "Never will I leave you;never will I forsake you." I thank the Lord for His promises throughout scriptures.
I don't know if you know about this or not but Esther and I had the most amazing time on our 25th anniversary celebration in June. We went all the way to Switzerland by cashing in our airmiles. Wow! Did we ever have a blast! We stayed with our friends over there and they spoiled us rotten, I mean rotten. Along with visiting other special friends, we went to see castles and special mountain scenery along with such unique villages and old city structures. We went on a special little cruise from one city to another than rode the train back to our friends. We also went to the Top of Europe and saw some "cool" ice sculptures. This one time I said to Esther, hey I'll lay under that roped off area you grab my arm so that it looks like you are rescueing me. So, as our friend Hanspeter was taking the picture, two asian guys came out of no where and grabbed my other arm and dragged me back to safety with Esther on the other arm. So,we have some special pictures of the big "rescue."
Anyhow, what a great time we had together!
Thanks so much for your prayers,
In His Grip,
Tim

Hi Tim, today it`s "Mums in touch". I shared with the Mums all my worries befor Esther has visited the school of Christina, to talk about the first nation people. So today we will pray for you and your family. You are in our mind and we trust in GOD, like Esthers nice wrote to you. God bless you.
Hi Tim and Esther! :) My neighbour, Ruth, just asked if I would like to join her for a walk but I am right in the middle of painting and had told her I made a weekend trip to Williams Lake. Since, it was so far from home Ruth asked if it was a funeral that I attended and I said no and told her about the family. She is going to keep you guys in her prayers and Ruth asked if she could tell her girlfriends from her church, so they could keep you in their prayers as well, and I said sure. I love you both very much and miss you. I'm glad mom and I made the long journey from Regina to see you. Please say hi to the kids for me.
With lots of love and hugs,
Cousin Kelly
Hey brother,
If you wanted a day off there were easier ways to do it...News travelled all the way to Winnipeg, but I hear you're being spoiled by the body of Christ...That is so cool to hear. Be assured of our prayers for you in these days...We'll trust God with you on this and wait for a miracle... Peace to you and Esther and the family...

You know Tim... I've always been lousy at what to say during times like these, sometimes I am just better off saying nothing ... But you've been on my mind alot lately.
Been praying for you and will continue to do so.
