Tim,

My name is Rob and I have read your story with great interest (in the local paper) I am sadden to hear that you have been afflicted with such a terrible disease. In Nov of 2006, I had a friend of mine pass away from the same thing that you have. The wonderful thing about his story is that the man (my friend) never knew who Christ was until the week before his death. It was truly a wonderful thing when he left the world that he had Christ in his heart. The reason why I am writing this to you is that you are inspiration to all those around you and to those that don't even know you. As you have said "People are put on this earth for a reason" You obviously know the reason why you are here and will continue to hold the "Light of the world" high for all to see.

Tim, I do want to let you know that even though I don't know you, I pray for you. I have always believed that prayer is ALWAYS heard.

I do want to share one verse with you that has always comforted me in my time of need. It's a verse from the book of Hebrews. Hebrews 13:5 says, Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with such things as you have. For He Himself has said, "I will never leave you nor forsake you." No matter how things seem to look, He is always there.

I will continue to pray for you Tim.

Your Brother in Christ,

Rob
